Novosibirsk region is one of the largest Russias regions, as well as one of the most industrially developed regions in Siberia. The region boasts well-developed transport infrastructure, and it is an important transport and logistics center in Siberian Federal region. Moreover, the area is very rich in natural mineral resources. Therefore cargo transportation to and from the port of Riga might be advantageous for the both parties.
