||United Kingdom : DP World London Gateway Logistics Park enters new era with Savills appointment
||DP World London Gateway has appointed Savills as sole agent for its Logistics Park. The Logistics Park forms an integral part of DP World London Gateway, comprising one of the worlds fastest growing container ports, an intermodal rail terminal and the opportunity for up to 9 million sq ft of industrial and logistics space, located only 25 miles from Central London.
The development has seen an increase in occupier activity recently and is already home to the likes of UPS, CMA CGM Group, SH Pratt Groups new venture Halo, Lidl and Dixons Carphone Group. A number of new deals will be announced shortly.
Furthermore, in February, DP World London Gateway will begin work on the speculative development of a 231,000 sq ft (21,452 m) unit to be ready for occupation in Q4 2019.
